Victor J. Coleman

Victor Coleman

Victor Coleman is the founder and Managing Partner of Hudson Capital, LLC, a diversified real estate investment fund headquartered in Los Angeles, California. From 1990 to 2006, he co-founded and led Arden Realty, Inc., as its President and Chief Operating Officer.  He took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange in 1996, sold it to GE Capital in 2006.  Prior to the merger, Victor was primarily responsible for all facets of Arden’s strategic planning and growth as well as management of the company’s team of top real estate professionals.  Under his aegis, Arden became a leader in the commercial real estate industry, setting new standards of innovative investment and management practices.

Victor is the co-founder and partner of several other active companies, such as Rexford Industrial, Wetherly Capital, Brentwood Capital Partners and Manarino Realty.  He is currently on the Board of Directors for Douglas Emmett, Inc.

For over two decades, Victor has also been an active community leader through his participation in and support of a long roster of major real estate associations and educational institutions nationally.  He has been the recipient of the Humanitarian Award for the National Conference of Christian and Jews and is on the Founding Board of Directors – Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate at the Anderson School, UCLA and the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.  He is on the Boards of The Help Group, Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and Bel Air Chapter of YPO.   He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from University of California, Berkeley.  He has been married for twelve years, has three children and lives in Pacific Palisades.
