Mary L. Ricks

Mary Ricks is a Director and President of Kennedy Wilson and is responsible for the firm's Commercial Investment Sales and oversight of KW’s activities in Japan. Among other things, the Investment Sales division implements high-powered marketing strategies for all types of properties including hotels and resorts, office buildings, industrial properties, golf courses, retail and land developments. Ms. Ricks has been involved with many premier commercial sales throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Since joining Kennedy Wilson in 1990, Ms. Ricks has been responsible for investment sales in excess of $4 billion. Previously, Ms. Ricks was a commercial broker for the Hanes Company in Woodland Hills, California.

Ms. Ricks has been named one of Real Estate Southern California's "Top Hot Brokers", voted one of the top women in commercial real estate by the Los Angeles Business Journal and featured on the cover of Real Estate Forum magazine and Real Estate California, featuring Women at the Top. Most recently, Ms. Ricks became a founding Board member of the prestigious Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received a Bachelor's Degree.
